After a great deal of research to find these lost places, I selected four locations near Zürich, including houses, a former guesthouse and a former spinning mill. I was faced with some beautiful and frightening scenes during my visits. The montage of the frames mirrors my experience, as I slowly and hesitantly entered the places, transitioning from the bright surrounding nature into dark, silent spaces.
